Can I cancel my order?
Yes, Customer can cancel his/her order by calling us on our helpline number but customer has to call within 30minutes after placing the order for cancellation.

What City do you ship to?
We currently provide 2Hour Delivery in Purnia,Bihar but If you want the product in different city of inida then we can arrange that too. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Customer will receive their order within 2Hour after placing the order but order placed after 6pm will get delivered next day after 10:30am.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?
Return and exchange is not allowed but if the product that you received is damaged or some other problem in the product itself we will provide you a replacement or a refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
If customer demands refund for a damaged product then our delivery guy will pick-up the damaged product and soon after that you will receive your refund within few hour.
